How long have you been a Notary Public?

I am currently going on my 7^th year as a Notary Public.  Since the beginning, I’ve always handled all General Notarizations.  Such as, Court Documents, DMV Bill of Sales, Living Wills and Trusts / Estate Planning, Affidavits, and any type of document someone needs notarized.

I specialize in Real Estate Transactions with certifications and extensive training on Loan documents.  A few examples would be, refinances, home purchases, commercial loans, home equity lines of credit, loan modifications, reverse mortgage loans, and so on.  I was in Sales for 15 years and one day decided I was done with that era of my life.  I started my full-time business as a Notary Public, Certified Loan Signing Agent in 2019 and never looked back!
